i found the staff to be attentive. jason and mark, the doormen, stood out with their really good service. the location offered easy access to hyde park and premier shopping centers. the hotel maintained high safety standards, including hilton's clean stay policy.

during breakfast, the coffee took an unexpectedly long time to arrive on both mornings , about 25 minutes, and one time it did not arrive at all.

The gym features modern equipment and offers ample space. Taxi service is readily available right in front of the building. I found the staff at the reception very professional. They were both helpful and friendly. The view from my high-floor room was wonderful!

The hotel corridors looked worn. I noted the old, stained carpets. Some doors also looked scuffed. I believe these areas require refurbishment to better reflect the hotel's five-star rating.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. It was overpriced and the quality was poor. For the price, the selection was lacking. I definitely expected a wider variety. Housekeeping also failed to service the room for two days, a huge inconvenience.
